Challenge

IT procurement teams were managing renewals, deals, spend tracking, supplier relationships, and compliance across disconnected spreadsheets and manual processes. There was no unified platform purpose-built for the complexity of enterprise IT procurement workflows.

Solution

We built IQ Suite: a platform of 7 interconnected products, each targeting a specific procurement workflow: Renewal IQ, Deal IQ, Spend IQ, Request IQ, Supplier IQ, Contract IQ, and Compliance IQ. Every product was built as a single-file vanilla HTML/CSS/JS application (no frameworks, no build tools, no dependencies).

Results

15,000+ lines of production code across the platform. Full dark and light theme system with seamless switching. CSV import/export for data portability. Real-time dashboards with Chart.js visualisations. Complete responsive design for desktop and mobile.

Establishing thought leadership at the intersection of procurement and AI required more than a blog. It needed a full content platform with a professional identity, engaging reader experience, and a design system that communicated authority and forward-thinking.

Solution

We built a complete content platform from scratch — article reader with rich typography, newsletter subscription system, featured content grid, category navigation, and a responsive design that works across all devices. The dark theme, scroll animations, and cursor-follow effects create a premium reading experience.

Challenge

Organisations face increasing pressure to measure and report greenhouse gas emissions under frameworks like Bursa Malaysia NSRF, IFRS S2, and the GHG Protocol. Existing tools were either prohibitively expensive enterprise software or basic spreadsheets with no compliance alignment, leaving mid-market companies without a practical solution.

Solution

We built ESG Disclose: a full carbon accounting platform covering Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions across 29 GHG categories. The system features a master emission factors library (DEFRA 2024 / IPCC AR6), auto-calculation engine, multi-period reporting, Excel export with summary analytics, and organisation-level data isolation with row-level security. An AI assistant layer enables natural-language querying of emissions data.

Results

2,200+ lines of production code in a single-file architecture. 8 functional pages including dashboard, calculations, emission factors library, reporting periods, exports, compliance mapping, analytics, and AI assistant. Real-time scope breakdown visualisations. Dark and light theme system. Secure multi-tenant architecture with Supabase and PostgreSQL.
