IT procurement teams were managing renewals, deals, spend tracking, supplier relationships, and compliance across disconnected spreadsheets and manual processes. There was no unified platform purpose-built for the complexity of enterprise IT procurement workflows.

Solution

We built IQ Suite — a platform of 7 interconnected products, each targeting a specific procurement workflow: Renewal IQ, Deal IQ, Spend IQ, Request IQ, Supplier IQ, Contract IQ, and Compliance IQ. Every product was built as a single-file vanilla HTML/CSS/JS application — no frameworks, no build tools, no dependencies.

Results

15,000+ lines of production code across the platform. Full dark and light theme system with seamless switching. CSV import/export for data portability. Real-time dashboards with Chart.js visualisations. Complete responsive design for desktop and mobile.

The dark theme, scroll animations, and cursor-follow effects create a premium reading experience.
