Our Philosophy
What We Believe
Eclipse Labs AI was born from a simple observation: the AI industry is drowning in advice and starving for execution. Everyone has opinions on prompting. Almost nobody is shipping real systems.
We took a different path. Instead of teaching people how to talk to AI, we built production software with it. We turned that experience into a consultancy that delivers working systems, not workshop slides.

Nadeem has built, scaled, and exited multiple technology businesses while delivering implementations for Fortune 500 organisations globally — from BP and Shell to Barclays and the UK Ministry of Defence.

Co-Founder & Strategic Advisor
Naureen Zahid
Head of Institutional Fundraising and Investor Relations at Beringea, a trans-Atlantic venture and growth equity investor with approximately $900M in assets under management. Naureen leads the firm's institutional capital formation strategy, including the launch of its £150M Growth Equity fund, and works closely with senior leadership on fund positioning, portfolio construction dialogue, and institutional governance frameworks. She participates in investment committee discussions, ensuring alignment between macroeconomic context, portfolio construction, and long-term capital allocation priorities.
With 14+ years across both liquid and illiquid alternative asset classes — global macro hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and growth equity — Naureen is recognised for combining global macro insight with disciplined institutional engagement, translating complex market dynamics across public and private markets into clear strategic positioning for long-duration investors.
