Eclipse Labs AI was started by Naumaan, who built and runs GigXchange, a live UK music marketplace with search, bookings, invoices and an assistant inside ChatGPT and Claude. The systems that run it are the same ones we set up for you, so the advice comes from running a real business on AI rather than from a slide deck. You can see the numbers in the proof chapter.

We work with owner-run UK businesses that have no IT team of their own: trades, shops, salons, agencies, local services and small software firms. If you answer your own emails, chase your own invoices and keep the website going yourself, you are who this is for. Start with every service, grouped by the job, or ask a question if you are not sure which fits.

Because you should know the cost before you commit, not after a meeting. We price each product as one job - from £39 a month for the smallest, with what is included listed on its page - and you can agree it all in writing, with no call needed. An hourly rate puts the risk of a slow job on you; a fixed price puts it on us. Every price is on the prices list.

No - that is the point. A 2026 US survey of small businesses by Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses found 73% wanted help setting AI up. You tell us how your week works; we choose the tools, connect them and show you how to use them in a short handover. See how it works. Everything is set up inside accounts you own, so you keep every login and can remove our access at any time. You choose what an assistant may send, pay or delete, and we write those rules down for you. We follow UK GDPR, and the ICO's guidance on AI and data protection is a good plain read. Whichever fits the job and the tools you already pay for - often ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini, connected to your email, calendar, accounts software and files. We prefer business plans whose providers say they do not train on your conversations by default; Anthropic explains its approach in how it uses personal data. We never lock you into a tool of our own.

Free programmes teach and advise; we do the setup. Schemes like Innovate UK's BridgeAI are worth a look for training. The gap they leave is the hours of configuration - picking tools, connecting them and setting limits - which is the job we take on. The ONS found lack of expertise is a leading reason firms hold back. Many owners do both: a free course to learn the basics, then a fixed-price setup to make it work day to day.

It depends on the product, and each one lists what is included. One-off jobs are finished and handed over inside your own accounts, with the rules and settings written down; they are one payment and nothing renews.
