When you order we confirm the start in writing and tell you exactly what we need from you, so the sooner you send those details, the sooner it is running. No. You keep every login. Where we need access to set something up, you add us through the tool's own team or delegate settings, and you can remove that access at any time. We set things up alongside you, so you can see every permission we are given.

Every product has a fixed "from" price, starting at £39 a month - 24 of them in five families, with what each includes and its time to ready. The full list is on the prices list, and each product page shows the detail. There are no day rates and no hidden extras.
