Setting up AI with Eclipse Labs AI takes three steps and no call. Most of its 24 products are ready in 3 to 20 working days.
(02) — Three steps. No call.
What are the steps?
Working with Eclipse Labs AI takes three steps: pick a fixed-price product, send what its page lists, and we build it inside your own accounts. Most products are ready in 3 to 20 working days; bigger builds take longer, and their pages say so.
- 01
Pick
Choose the product for the job and agree its fixed price in writing. What is included, the time to ready and who it is not for are on its page, so there is no quote and no call. Not sure? Ask first.
- 02
We build it
You send what the product page lists and add our access in each tool's own settings - never a password by message. We build it inside accounts you own, test it, and hand it over with the rules written down.
- 03
It keeps working
One-off jobs are finished and yours to keep, left in your accounts. Monthly products are checked, updated and reported on, and can be cancelled any month. You can take our access away whenever you like.
(03) — From paying to running
How long does it take?
Most Eclipse Labs AI products are ready in 3 to 20 working days from the day you send what the page lists. The same build systems have carried GigXchange through 24,064 changes to its code since March 2026.
- Day one
You pick a product and agree its fixed price. Nothing starts before that.
- Same day
You send what the product page lists and add our access through your tools' own settings.
- Within 3 to 20 working days
We build it and test it. Each product page shows its own time and its own steps.
- Handover
You get the result, plus the rules and settings written down, inside accounts you own.
- Every month after
Monthly products keep it checked and reported on, and you can cancel any month.
(04) — Less than you think
What do I need to send?
Eclipse Labs AI needs less from you than you might think: access to the accounts the job works in, a few answers about your business, and the data the job runs on. Each product page lists exactly what.
- 04.1
Your own accounts - the ones the job runs in. You keep every login.
- 04.2
What the product page lists - usually a few answers and the data the job runs on.
- 04.3
A yes on the plan before anything is built, for the bigger jobs.
- 04.4
Access added through each tool's own team or delegate settings - never a password by message.
- 04.5
Anything of yours the job uses - your logo, photos or documents - if you have them.

Questions about how it works
Most Eclipse Labs AI products are ready in 3 to 20 working days from the day you send what the page lists; bigger builds take longer, and their pages say so. Each product states its own time before you buy, so you know the date up front rather than after a meeting. Every product's time sits next to its price on the prices page.
No. Every product has a fixed price, a set time to ready and a written list of what is included, so there is nothing to negotiate on a call. You pick the product, agree the price in writing and send what its page lists. Some products include a working session once you have bought - a walk-through of a report, say - but buying never depends on it. Ask a question in writing whenever you like.
Whatever the product page lists under "what you get" and its timeline - usually access to the accounts the job works in, a few answers about your business and the data it runs on, such as how your business runs and the files or records the job uses. Access is added through each tool's own team or delegate settings, so you keep every login and can remove us at any time. How we keep it safe explains why we never ask for passwords.
Mostly the time it takes to send what the page lists and add our access - the building, testing and writing up is our job. We may come back with a question or two in writing, and the bigger jobs ask you to approve a plan or the first few results before the rest is built. Nothing needs you to learn a new tool. If you are short on time, start with a small one-off product - its page lists exactly what it needs from you.
Usually, yes - we build inside the tools you already pay for rather than asking you to switch: your domain and website, your hosting or cloud account, your email, your accounts or booking software. If a product needs a tool you do not have, we tell you before you buy, not after. Tell us your setup in a short message and we will say plainly whether it fits. Each product page lists what it connects to.
You get the finished result inside your own accounts, plus the rules and settings written down, so you and anyone on your team know how it works and what it may do. Bigger builds also get a walk-through for you or your next developer. From then on you can change or remove our access whenever you like. If something feels wrong at handover, say so - the safety page sets out the limits you can ask for.
Tell us in writing and we tell you plainly what a fix involves - and its fixed price, if it is not covered - before doing anything. Monthly products are the ones built to catch problems for you - they are checked, updated and reported on every month. Whatever we built stays in your accounts either way. The prices page shows which products are monthly.
Yes. Everything sits inside accounts you own, with the rules and settings written down, so you or another developer can change it without waiting for us. For bigger changes, ask and we send a fixed price in writing first. Monthly products keep up with your business as it grows, as part of the monthly fee shown on each product's page. How we keep it safe covers who can change what.
Yes. Each product is its own fixed-price job with its own time to ready, so two products are simply two jobs, each with its own price agreed up front. Many go well together - every product page lists the ones that pair with it. You can also start with one and add another once the first is paying its way. Compare them side by side on the prices page, or browse them by family on every service.
